User Manual → Signal Flow Diagram →Seraphis is a spectral organism synthesizer — the ethereal counterpart to Ruinae. Where Ruinae is instability, chaos and aggression, Seraphis is emergence, resonance and weightlessness. Each voice is a 64-partial harmonic cloud driven by a spectral-evolution layer, resonated through a continuous modal body, with a parallel granular atmosphere mixed in. A family of slow autonomous life modulators — Brownian drift, breathing, tides, orbits — animates all of it, so nothing is ever static, and the integrated Aether space engine (infinite FDN reverb, shimmer bloom, spectral diffusion) sits in the signal path rather than behind it.
The editor is organism-first: the whole window is a live constellation of the harmonic cloud — one point per partial — with five macro rings (Dream, Bloom, Dissolve, Gravity, Entropy) orbiting it and the deep parameters in a pull-up drawer. Flip the constellation from Observe to Edit and individual partials can be repositioned, reshaped, and masked by hand. 42 factory presets across seven categories ship out of the box.
process() allocates nothing, takes no locks, throws nothing, and does no I/O; every buffer is sized at prepare time42 factory presets ship with the plugin, six in each of seven categories. Every preset is generated by a tool that compiles the plugin's own parameter surface, rendered end to end to prove it makes sound and stays bounded, and measured to be audibly different from every other preset in the library.
